Role Mandate
The HR Lead is accountable for building, enforcing, and scaling a high-performance people system across Thelix Holdings.
This role exists to eliminate ambiguity, raise execution standards, strengthen leadership accountability, and directly improve business outcomes through people.
This is a builder–operator role, not a policy custodian or culture evangelist. Success will be measured by structure, discipline, performance, and results.
Core Accountabilities
1. Organizational Design & Workforce Architecture
- Design and continuously optimize group-wide org structures, reporting lines, role clarity, and capacity models.
- Own workforce planning decisions tied to revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Eliminate role duplication, ownership gaps, and execution bottlenecks.
2. Performance & Accountability Systems
- Build and enforce a rigorous performance management framework aligned to business goals.
- Ensure every role has clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and consequences.
- Institutionalize feedback, performance reviews, and manager accountability standards.
3. Compensation, Employment & Risk Control
- Architect and implement salary bands, leveling frameworks, and reward structures.
- Define and enforce employment classifications across the group.
- Ensure full statutory, payroll, and labor-law compliance with proactive risk management.
4. Leadership & Management Effectiveness
- Set the standard for people leadership across the organization.
- Equip managers with tools, frameworks, and training to lead high-performing teams.
- Intervene decisively where leadership behavior undermines performance or culture.
5. Talent Strategy (Acquire, Retain, Exit)
- Own the quality bar for hiring across all SBUs.
- Ensure fast, disciplined recruitment for critical roles.
- Make retention and exits intentional, data-driven, and aligned to performance.
6. Change Leadership & Executive Advisory
- Lead complex organizational change with clarity, discipline, and credibility.
- Act as a trusted, independent advisor to the CEO and Board on people risks and leadership effectiveness.
- Translate business strategy into executable people systems.
Required Background
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in tech, high-growth, or complex multi-entity tech organizations
- Demonstrated history of building HR systems from scratch or fixing broken ones
- Deep, hands-on expertise in:
- Performance management
- Compensation and leveling
- Employment law and compliance
- Manager capability building
- Comfortable operating at Board and C-suite level
- Female preferred for Gender balance.
