Role Mandate

The HR Lead is accountable for building, enforcing, and scaling a high-performance people system across Thelix Holdings.

This role exists to eliminate ambiguity, raise execution standards, strengthen leadership accountability, and directly improve business outcomes through people.

This is a builder–operator role, not a policy custodian or culture evangelist. Success will be measured by structure, discipline, performance, and results.

Core Accountabilities

1. Organizational Design & Workforce Architecture

  • Design and continuously optimize group-wide org structures, reporting lines, role clarity, and capacity models.
  • Own workforce planning decisions tied to revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Eliminate role duplication, ownership gaps, and execution bottlenecks.

2. Performance & Accountability Systems

  • Build and enforce a rigorous performance management framework aligned to business goals.
  • Ensure every role has clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and consequences.
  • Institutionalize feedback, performance reviews, and manager accountability standards.

3. Compensation, Employment & Risk Control

  • Architect and implement salary bands, leveling frameworks, and reward structures.
  • Define and enforce employment classifications across the group.
  • Ensure full statutory, payroll, and labor-law compliance with proactive risk management.

4. Leadership & Management Effectiveness

  • Set the standard for people leadership across the organization.
  • Equip managers with tools, frameworks, and training to lead high-performing teams.
  • Intervene decisively where leadership behavior undermines performance or culture.

5. Talent Strategy (Acquire, Retain, Exit)

  • Own the quality bar for hiring across all SBUs.
  • Ensure fast, disciplined recruitment for critical roles.
  • Make retention and exits intentional, data-driven, and aligned to performance.

6. Change Leadership & Executive Advisory

  • Lead complex organizational change with clarity, discipline, and credibility.
  • Act as a trusted, independent advisor to the CEO and Board on people risks and leadership effectiveness.
  • Translate business strategy into executable people systems.

Required Background

  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in tech, high-growth, or complex multi-entity tech organizations

    • Performance management
    • Compensation and leveling
    • Employment law and compliance
    • Manager capability building
  • Comfortable operating at Board and C-suite level
